"Installment plan was honestly a mess"
I tried using the installment plan on Level Shoes and, it was just really confusing. The payment looked like it had been approved, but then… the order didn’t actually go through. The amount was still pending on my card though, which was stressful. I contacted support, but they kept sending the same copy-paste reply, so that didn’t really help. It took a few days to finally get sorted out. Yeah… I don’t think I’ll be using that payment option again.

"Am I wrong to expect nicer gift wrapping?"
I ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday gift and thought the wrapping would feel a bit more special. The site didn’t really offer many options, and when it arrived, it looked basic considering the price. It wasn’t damaged or anything, so I don’t want to make it sound like a disaster, but for a luxury shoe store, I guess I expected something nicer? Delivery was totally fine, but the gift wrapping just felt a little underwhelming

"Wish there were more luxury options available"
I went on levelshoes.com hoping to find a pair from a luxury brand, but quite a few of the styles I liked were either sold out or not available in my size. To be fair, the website itself is easy enough to browse, but it got frustrating after scrolling for a while and not being able to actually buy the pairs I was interested in.
The delivery options looked decent, and I’m not saying the whole experience was bad. I just think if a site is focused on luxury shoes, it’s fair to expect a better selection and stronger availability across popular brands and sizes.

I was expecting a much better selection of brands, but the options felt limited for me. What made it more frustrating was that when I asked about it, nobody really seemed to take ownership or offer any helpful direction. It just felt like I was being passed around without a clear answer.

"My size is almost never available"
I’ve found a few shoes on the site that I actually really like, but every time I click on a style, my size is almost always gone. It’s frustrating because it feels like only random leftover sizes are ever in stock. When I’ve asked about it, the answer usually sounds like some policy excuse about inventory or restocks, which doesn’t really help. I just end up wasting way too much time browsing things I can’t even buy.

I placed my order thinking the price I paid at checkout was the final total, then later got hit with extra customs and duty fees. I really wish that had been made clear before I ordered, because it felt misleading. it just left a bad taste... I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Level Shoes again

"Shoes were fine, but delivery was frustrating"
I ordered a pair of shoes expecting them to show up within a few days, but the delivery ended up taking a lot longer than I thought. The tracking wasn’t very clear either, which made it kind of annoying because I couldn’t really tell what was going on. I did reach out to customer service and they responded, but they didn’t give me much useful help. The shoes themselves were totally fine once they arrived, but compared to other places I’ve ordered from that ship faster and keep you updated better, this wasn’t the best experience. I’d probably think twice about ordering again if I needed something by a certain date.

i was kind of surprised by the prices on Level Shoes. i found a few pairs i liked, but when i checked other sites, some of them were noticeably cheaper elsewhere.
the shoes themselves look good, so it’s not like the selection is bad. i just didn’t feel like the price matched what i was getting, and unless the deals improve, i probably won’t shop there again

Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering: the website looks good at first, but it kept freezing whenever I tried to use the filters. The app also kept logging me out, and checkout took so long that I gave up twice. For shoes this expensive, I expected a much smoother experience.

I ran into trouble trying to pay because it wouldn’t take my usual card, which was frustrating. I was just trying to finish the order while drinking my coffee, and instead I ended up poking around the checkout page way longer than expected. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely a pain

"Regret wasting time on a promo that never worked"
I wish I hadn’t bothered trying to shop with the promo code on Level Shoes. It looked like the discount should apply, so I spent time picking items and adding them to my cart, but when I got to checkout, nothing happened. No clear explanation, no helpful message, just confusion.
The terms weren’t easy to find either, and it almost felt like the rules shifted at the last second. I ended up feeling annoyed and kind of regretting the whole thing because I wasted my time for no discount at all

"Wrong shoes showed up and customer support wasn’t much help"
I ordered a specific size, but the shoes that showed up were a completely different size, so they were basically useless for me. It’s like ordering a medium shirt and getting an XXL, or asking for black sneakers and getting brown sandals, or buying something for a trip and realizing right before you leave that it doesn’t fit at all. I reached out to support hoping they’d fix it, but they didn’t really solve anything. Frustrating experience overall.

The shoes themselves were totally fine, but the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box came in crushed, and the wrapping inside looked messy, like it was just thrown together. For the price, I was expecting it to feel a little more put together.

"Nice shoes, but the service didn’t live up to what they promised"
I went in because I liked the shoes and figured the service would be decent for the prices, but it was disappointing. The staff had promised they’d check sizes quickly and help me out, but I ended up waiting around with barely any attention. Even checkout dragged on way longer than it should have. The shoes are nice, but the whole store experience felt like a bunch of broken promises.

I mostly shop here because of the loyalty points, since they do add up and help make future orders cheaper. Delivery was fine too, so no complaints there. That said, the rewards info isn’t always very clear, which is a bit frustrating. I’d expect at least an apology or some acknowledgment when it’s confusing like that.
